Jury Verdict Reporting Service
Since 1984, this weekly publication has provided reports on all civil jury trials in the Missouri venues of: St. Louis City; St. Louis County; St. Charles County; Jefferson County; and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri. Published weekly, the Jury Verdict Reporting Service summarizes more than 450 jury trials every year, and includes periodic statistical summaries of trends such as medical malpractice claims and the rate of recovery in various venues. A one year subscription, including tax, is $257.34.
Southwestern Illinois Jury Verdict Reporter
Since 1992, this monthly publication has provided reports on all civil jury trials in the southern Illinois counties of: St. Clair; Madison; Bond; Monroe; Randolph; Washington; Perry; as well as the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Illinois. A one year subscription, including tax, is $160.84.
Missouri Civil Reporter
Since September 1996, this monthly publication has provided summaries of civil jury trials and settlements in all Missouri Counties outside the St. Louis area. A one year subscription, including tax, is $160.28, although, charter subscriptions are currently available for $107.15.

RESEARCH

Verdict Reporter, Inc. offers customized computer searches for both subscribers and non-subscribers. If you are looking for information on a particular expert or would like to locate an expert to testify in a pending case, such as medical malpractice or product liability, we can search our database for pertinent cases. Our search tools also enable us to find specific injuries for case valuation, all cases involving certain types of claims (such as age discrimination, FELA, car/truck collisions, etc.) and cases tried by opposing counsel. Search fees start at $75 for subscribers and $95 for non-subscribers. There is a normal 2 business day turnaround for most searches. Rush service is available.
